For our bespoke make-up of the Colorado 85, we looked to the namesake state of this classic Onitsuka Tiger silhouette. An area packed with fascinating wildlife, Colorado is home to three species of Bluebirds, creatures whose striking blue hue is created via tiny pockets of air in their feathers that transform the light that hits them only letting blue light escape.

Inspired by this mind blowing evolutionary adaption, we utilised reflective 3M one of the sneaker world's best loved materials and one that equally places with light and perception, deploying highly reflective blue 3M panels across the signature form stripe, embossed heel panel and customised rope laces. Opting for a full tonal make up with complimenting hues representing the various bluebirds of Colorado and perforated panels harking back to the silhouettes performance heritage, we finished things off with a single pristine white feather print at the heel. Boxed up in customised boxes lined with our own graphic print tissue, we've finished things off with additional laces housed in unique speckled egg packaging.
